About
I’m Naomi — a working artist, creative educator, and founder of Serene Studio, with over 20 years in the creative industries. My journey began at Central Saint Martins (BA Hons) and has taken me through fashion, music, and into film, television, theatre, and art.
I began my career as a fashion stylist and journalist before moving into the music industry at EMI Records, working as an Art & Photographic Commissioner, Producer, and Art Director. Today, I continue to work professionally as a makeup artist and hairstylist (13 yrs), alongside running art workshops, teaching, and creative events.
Alongside my teaching practice, I create bespoke art commissions, specialising in expressive portraits of animals and loved ones. At Serene Studio, I offer a calm, welcoming space where creativity is unrushed, joyful, and open to everyone — from curious beginners to confident makers.
I’m also available for school talks and hands-on workshops, sharing real-world insight into creative careers.
